Smoking Policy

• All guest rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
• A room recovery fee of Php 5,000 will be charged to violators.
• Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor.

Pet Policy

• To maintain hygiene and guest comfort, pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.

Housekeeping

• Daily housekeeping service is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless declined or when a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed.
• For additional requests or replenishments, please dial “0” at any time.

Damages & Charges

• Guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment.
• Key card replacement is charged at Php 250.

General Policies

1. Security Deposit
   A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000 is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges or potential damages.

2. Visitors Policy
   For the privacy and security of our guests, visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. Guests may receive visitors only in designated public areas such as the lobby and dining outlets.

3. Room Décor Restrictions
   The use of glitter, confetti, silly string, or any adhesive or permanent decorative materials inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited.
   A cleaning and recovery fee of Php 2,500 will be charged for violations.

4. Noise Courtesy
   Guests are requested to observe appropriate noise levels at all times to preserve a peaceful environment for everyone.

5. Electronic Appliances
   For safety reasons, personal electronic appliances such as rice cookers, irons, electric grills, and similar items are not allowed inside guest rooms.

6. Photography & Filming
   A photoshoot or filming fee of Php 5,000 applies for professional shoots conducted within hotel premises when no reception or function is being held.

7. Additional Occupants
   Children 12 years old and below may stay free of charge for room accommodation only. Use of other hotel facilities will be charged at discounted in-house guest rates.

8. Settlement of Charges
   All outstanding bills and incidentals must be settled at least one (1) hour prior to scheduled departure or pick-up time.

Security & Safety

1. Personal Belongings
   Guests are advised to secure their valuables using the room’s safety deposit box and double-lock feature. Please dial “0” for assistance.
   The hotel shall not be held liable for loss of personal items.

2. Fire & Emergency Procedures
   Fire exit plans are provided in every guest room. Clearly marked emergency exits are available throughout the hotel.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted within the hotel premises:

• Washing, drying, or ironing of clothes inside guest rooms

• Hanging of clothes or items on balconies or verandas

• Bringing outside alcoholic beverages without corkage payment

• Possession of flammable or explosive materials

• Items with strong or unpleasant odors

• Illegal drugs, prohibited substances, and deadly weapons
