Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and standard check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early arrivals and late departures must be requested forty eight (48) hours prior and shall be subject to room availability and with corresponding charges.

| Non-Smoking Policy |
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel rooms and within the hotel premises. Kindly ask any hotel representative for the designated smoking area in the hotel. A penalty of Php 5,000.00 will be charged to the guest who will not comply. |

Refundable security cash deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be required upon check-in. |
| Children Policy |
Children ages 11 years old and below sharing with parents are free of charge in the room but not complimentary in the use of any of the facilities in the hotel. Thus, children ages 12 years old and above are already considered adults, and are subject to extra person charge payable at the hotel. |

Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. In turn, the Hotel shall not charge the agent cancellation charges in cases of force majeure.
