Booking cancellation	Standard Modification, Cancellation and NoShow Policy will be posted in the booking voucher.
Non-Smoking Policy	All guest rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and vaping devices. A room recovery fee of Php 5,000 will be charged to violators. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor.
Incidental Deposit	Refundable security cash deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be required upon check-in.
Children Policy	Children ages 11 years old and below sharing with parents are free of charge in the room but not complimentary in the use of any of the facilities in the hotel. Thus, children ages 12 years old and above are already considered adults, and are subject to extra person charge payable at the hotel.
Pet Policy	To maintain hygiene and guest comfort, pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
Breakfast Policy	Buffet breakfast for in-house guests (except Group Suite Rooms) is complimentary at RJ's Buffet from 6:00 am to 9:30 am only. Breakfast is NON TRANSFERABLE or CONVERTIBLE. For Kids, kindly refer to the following applicable rate: 3ft and below - Free of Charge 3.1ft to 4ft - 50% Discount 4.1ft and above - Php 479.20/head (with 20% in-house guest discount)
Housekeeping	Daily housekeeping service is available from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless declined or when a “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. For additional requests or replenishments, please dial “0” at any time.
Damages & Charges	Guests shall be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property, furnishings, or equipment. Key card replacement is charged at Php 250.
Security Deposit	A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000 is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges or potential damages.
Visitors Policy	For the privacy and security of our guests, visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms. Guests may receive visitors only in designated public areas such as the lobby and dining outlets.
Room Décor Restrictions and Noise Courtesy	The use of glitter, confetti, silly string, or any adhesive or permanent decorative materials inside guest rooms is strictly prohibited. A cleaning and recovery fee of Php 2,500 will be charged for violations. Guests are requested to observe appropriate noise levels at all times to preserve a peaceful environment for everyone.

Cancellation policy

Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made through our website are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. In turn, the Hotel shall not charge the agent cancellation charges in cases of force majeure.
